The Landesmuseum Koblenz
The Landesmuseum Koblenz at the Ehrenbreitstein Fortress is the only technical state museum in Rhineland-Palatinate.
The Landesmuseum Koblenz is made up of four exhibition halls in the Ehrenbreitstein Fortress. This includes the house of photography with a representative selection from the state collection on the history of photography, and the house of delights with the WeinReich wine exhibition of Rhineland-Palatinate. The house of archaeology shows the traces of human activity on the Middle Rhine and Moselle.
The main house in the upper courtyard is an attractive home to the key themes of the museum, the cultural history of technology and economic history in the Rhineland-Palatinate.
All the houses feature interesting temporary exhibitions. A diverse museum educational programme accompanies all exhibitions.
